Help reg new I-134 form

Hi,
I am filing visa for my in-laws.
I saw new version of I 134 on USCIS websites and I have few ques regarding it.

1. This form need not be notorized?
2. The instructions mention that,
"You must sign form I 134 in full name, signing form I 134 is under penalty of perjury under US Law)"
So should I just write my full name or the signature in the signature box?
3. Are the older versions still valid (which require sign by notory)?

Do I need to write my full name (readable) or just sign it?
