The Visitors Visa ???
IF MY WIFE from the Philippines is already in the USA under a Visitor Visa, is it possible for her to apply for her Permanent Residence during that time ?

Because she entered the USA with a visitor visa (which requires NON immigrant intent) and supposedly for a short visit. Not to establish her residency in the USA.
