Visitors insurance needed

Hello,

I am looking for a visitor's insurance for my parents who are Indian citizens. I am based at Texas. I am looking at a 6-month duration.

Which insurance would work out the best? Should I get it from India like ICICI Lumbard or from US. Which insurance companies in US would be good if thats a better option?

Factors:
Good coverage
Acceptable by institutions
Ease in getting the claims
Affordable

Which fixed coverage plan better?

After checking the site you advised, this is what I arrived at. Can you help me decide which one would be better?

1) Visitor's care - from IMG / Sirius International - the direct billing is through first health ppo network.
2) Inbound USA - from Seven Corners / Lloyds
