    Hi,

For question #29 Have you ever been to US ? - I checked the yes box but for some reason in the pdf generated the box is not ticked. I double checked and I notice that I have it correctly checked on the online form

Has anybody else had this issue?

If you checked Yes, there should be a follow up as to when it was. Did you answer that? If the problem persists, correct it with a pen.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.

yes it enabled me to fill in the dates. I filled in No just to check and it disables the date area and I can notice that it is correctly checked for NO in the generated pdf. But If I answer YES I can see all the dates Ok in PDF but the check mark is not seen next to YES )

I tried emailing VFS but they just send standard replies about modifying application. I just want to be sure if it is OK to manually mark it by pen...

One more clarification for Question 29. Have you ever been to US ?

Since I was working before on H1 Do I need to provide the first date I went into the US or should I put the last date I went back to US after vacation in India?
