Question about DS 156 form

Hi,
I am trying to fix the appoinment through online for my parents. can i send the scanned copy of DS-156 form to my parents for taking print out or do i need to send the original signed copy of DS-156 form.Please let me know ASAP.

DS 156 requires their sign, not yours. They provide a PDF for you to send. No scanning neded.
