Visitor Visa- Sponsor Tax returns

Hi,

I am inviting my parents on a Visitor visa, and as per immi help, i am suppose to provide 3 years of tax Returns, however, i came to USA only in 2007,
and hence i have the W2 for 2007, and awaiting for the W2 for 2008, so can i go ahead for the Visitor visa with only 2007 W2, or i need to provide the 2008 W2 also.

Please suggest.

If you haven't been that long here, send what you have. All the documents listed are good to have and none of it is mandatory. Visitors qualify for a visa on their own, not based on you as a sponsor. It is to prove that you are not illegally present and are paying taxes if asked by the VO.
