Documents to be mailed for visitor visa

Hi,
1) I am sponsoring visitor visa for my in-laws. I plan to send I-134 original
for interview through slow mail.

The rest, i plan to send only photocopies/scan through email.

Is that okay ?


2) It also look I-134 no need to notarize any longer. Is that correct ?
