B2 Transit Visa

Hi,

My parents are coming from India to USA thru British Airways… They are holding valid Visa and while returning they will have valid I-94. Do they require transit visa as they have to change the flight in London.

Your help is appreciated.

Not needed. While returning, they will NOT have a valid I-94. I-94 has to be returned before they leave at the airline counter.

Irrespective of it, if they have a vlaid US visa, no transit visa is needed.
