Parents visa- My receipt number

Hi Immihelp,

I am on H1 visa - I would like to Sponser for my parents.
My H1 visa stamp got expired and I recently moved to new company.
New company filed H1 transfer and I got the receipt details and receipt also.
My question is – using receipt number (I797C)– shall I Sponser my parents for visiting visa.

Note: pay slips,bank statements,tax returns - available
