Anybody aware of availability of Hindi Translator on Mondays At Delhi Consulate?..?

I have read somewhere in this site, that translators are not available in Chennai consulate on Mondays and Fridays?

yes, at delhi embassy they have a que for people who do not speak english and they can stand in hindi-punjabi que anyday of the week.thats the response they emialed me two days ago when i emailed them with my same ?..
