Questions.. about getting tourist visa.

Hi, I'm 17 years old. My father and I are planning to apply for a tourist visa.
I'm a first year in college and my dad is a government employee here in the Philippines..
My mom will stay here in our country if we passed.

Do we have a high chance of getting the visa? even though we do not have lots of money in the bank ?

We do have a money but not half a million plus properties is not in my dads name... Is it okay?
and my grannys are sponsoring us.
