Hi,
My Parents visit visa got rejected for four times.
Me and my husbend are working in USA on H1B. And my husbend was the main sponser for the four times as i dont have atleast two years of W2 forms. I am getting last year w2 form this year only.
I am working here for two years only and my husbend is working for four years here in U.S.A.
My parents have two children ,one is me ,and the other is my brother who is 30 years old married and has a 2 years son also. I have two years kid born in U.S.A.
My son is with my mom in india. But we did,nt tell to visa oficer that my son is in inida.
First time: My mother only went for visa:
VO asked why my father is not coming? and rejected.
Second Time: My father and mother went and VO have asked for their son's (my brother) ration card as the proof that my parents has son in india.
But my parents did'nt carry that so that the VO rejected visa.
Third Time: Both my parents went , and the visa officer said that they don't have enough properties and rejected.
Fourth time: VO have asked my parents, wether me and my husbend are senidng money to them :
My parents said yes because we send money to buy some proerties in inida.
Again the VO Rejected Visa.
My Father is former and my mother is house wife.
Any suggetion on how to apply next time will be of great help.
