Hi
My sister in law visitor visa got rejected, my husband sponsred her. They asked the following questions through translator:
1) Who is sponsoring?
My brother....
2)Why do you want to go?
To see U.S and also my brother is inviting me.
3)What is your brother doing?
Working as....
4)Are you married?
Yes
5) Do you have Kids?
NO
Then the translator said you are not getting visa and returned all the documents and in the passport they stamped "Application received"?
the officer did not see any documents. She is around 50.
I want to know what is "Application received " under what section does it come, I took appointment in december do I need to send any additional documents like any specific letter.
During the second interview will they ask her why her visa was rejected first time.What should she say ?or should she say does not know the reason or what ?
I need help please in this regard.
