Question about revisiting USA within 4 months again

Hello,

We will return from USA in October as our visa expires in November 04. We would like to visit in month of Feb. 05 again to USA. Both our daughters are in USA. So we would like to know what reason should we tell to officers during interview ? During this visit we stayed with our elder daughter in west. Now this time we would like to stay with other daughter in east.

Wether any time frame is there to reapply for US visa again ?
