Vistor Visa to Parents

We would like to bring our parents on Visitor Visa. I am a permanent resident and intend to apply for them. I have my sister in USA who is a US Citizen. Does this make getting B visa to my parents difficult since they may be potential immigrants. They do not want to be pernmanent residents. What will be the best thing to do. My parents are above 65 years old and retired from Govt.Service in India.

There is nothing you can do about the fact that you and your sister are in US.

You have to disclose them at the time of application.
