Visit Visa For Family on B1

Hi,
Iam on B1- 10 yrs Multiple entry. I wish to Sponsor and Bring my wife and Son on a Visit Visa-B2. what are the Important documents I need to carry for the Interview and what are the Financials i need to show.
Guide me,what are the chances.
