We are planning to call my Parents on Visitor's visa though my L1 visa has
Expired recently but the PED is till 2006. My L1 Visa can be renewed only
When I leave the country and get it stamped from India which is not possible for me
Now. Can my Parents still get the visa based on the Petition Expiry Date or is
It of no use applying for them? Are there any special Documents required in order to do so? Please Help.
