Sponsor surname different

My wife is sponsoring my parents for visitor visa. she is a USA citizen(Working). Her name in the pasport is with father's surname but every where else including bank statment it is with my surname.. Is she eligible to sponsor?
I am a green card holder came to this country 7 months back through marriage and now I am working. So am I eligable to sponsor? W
e have a joint bank account. so should we jointly sponsor or Individually?

1. Having separate last name is not a problem. Just attach the marriage certificate to show the difference in the last name.

2. You can sponsor as long as you can prove that you have enough finacial resources to sponsor someone.
