Ladies and gentlemen:
A friend of mine from Germany intends to visit the US next spring on a 90 day visitor’s visa.
During his 90-day visit, he has to return to Germany for 4-6 days. Can he do that and
return to the US without reapplying for a new visitor’s visa?
After his 90-day stay, he wants to stay another 2-3 weeks. Is that possible?
What would he have to do to stay 2-3 weeks beyond his 90- day period.
