Applying again after rejection

Respected Sir,

With due Respect, I want to say that I have applied for Visitor Visas to USA with my wife & daughter. I have made my interview on 13.01.2009 at New Delhi Consulate. My passport returned me without any response & stampped. Can I re-appliy my applcation again.
