how many days shud we wait to re apply

my moms visa was rejected ?is there any time limit to wait and reapply or can we go ahead and take another appt.
BTw my moms visa was rejected based on 214b the consular didnt look at the documents at all.

please guide !!!!!

I think after 2 or 3 days you can reapply again. It's better to take another appointment now it self.
