I have a couple of doubts in filling up the I-134. Kindly help me.
a) In column (1) in I-134, where we mention our status in US, its said in this site, that H1 visa holders can write it in hand that we are in H1 and the visa number. We are in L1 status. I do not know which is exactly the visa number in our visa. Is it the control number or P# or the 8 digit number printed in red on the stamping?
b) Should we print the I-134 back to back or separately? For DS-156, its said that it should be printed back to back, but for this nothing is mentioned.
Please help me.
