where do we need NOC after getting visa (B2) for a govt.employee

Hi,
MY parents got visa (B2) .What all documents do we need to carry .My mom is Govt employee.Does she need to carry NOC?do we need to apply for leave? what is the procedure?please help

If ther person already has visitors visa, they don't need any leave certificate or anything like that.

Just need the passport with valid visa, air tickets and visitors medical insurance (Available at https://www.insubuy.com)
