Regarding I-134

Hi,

My parents are planning to attend the visa interview together in Chennai Consulate.So Should I fill in two separate I-134 Forms for them eventhough they are attending the interview together in the same slot ????or is one I-134 form sufficient???

My parents are going to attend the visa Interview together .I have filled in two I-134 forms for each of them.But In the I-134 forms for question no:3 Should I mention my mother's name as she is accompanying my father and vice versa.. Since both have separate forms ,Is there any need for mentioning the name of the spouse accompanying???

Yes, you have to mention mother's name in father's form and vice versa.

Sponsoring my sister and her 1 year old son. Do I need two separate forms? Or one form is enough. List one year old in mother I-134?

In first form, list mother and son. In second form, son and mother.
