Surname in passport - required by TTS appointments

Hi:

Can anyone please help me? My mom's entire name is showing under given names in her passport. When I try to book an appointment online, TTS requires that we enter something in surname. I am afraid that if I enter NIL - that will also appear in her visa. What should I do?

Hi :

I emailed them at [email protected] as my email bounced back when sent to [email protected]. They replied promptly. I need to enter the correct surname under surname and the rest of the name under given names in the application form.

Hi,

A confirmation to the reply u already gave. My mom's name is 'XY' where 'X' was the initial which was expanded in the passport. Both 'XY' appears under Given name and blank under surname.

So according to the tts, Should I put X under surname and Y under given name while booking the appoinment?

Hi:

In my case my Mom had an expanded initial, first name & surname all under given names. In your case, I think it is better to email them with your Mom's name(they require it) and they will let you know what should be entered.
