Should sister go separate or together with parents?

Hi

I wanted to do my parents and sister's visitor's visa. Is it advisable for them to go to the interview together, as my sister is young, I have heard that for her chances of granting a visa is less. If they go together will my mom and dad be restircted from getting visa or if my sisters visa is rejected even their visa will be rejected. I just wanted to clarify if its true, if yes then is it advisable for them to go seperatly..
