I have a friend that lives in Malaysia and he is wanting to come and visit me in Tyler Texas in the states. Do I have to write an invitation letter and get it notarized and sent to him so he can give it to someone over at the Embassy in Malaysia? If I do where can I get a form from or do I just type a letter up? How long would his visit be if and when he comes to visit? Thanks for any information that someone can give me.
