B2 Visa Sponsor Form I-134

Hello,

I am filing for B2 visas for my parents. Do we have to notarize the I-134 form for all the applicants? If yes, where can we get it done.

If you are using the revised form I-134 (Rev 10/30/08), you don't need notary.
