My parents traveling to USA with one way ticket

My parents traveling to USA with one way ticket, is there any problem they can face in board of entry? one of my frd told me at the time of board of entry they can ask to show return ticket also, frds plz let me know is there any problem to travel with one way ticket.

A visitor with a one way ticket is a big NO-NO. An observant IO can construe that as immigrant intent and deny entry if they wish to. An open ticket is better if you don't want to risk it.
