Rejection for my Parents-Please Need Help

Hi,
My parents were attended tourist visa interview and they answered correctly even they had all documents but they got rejected. can i apply again with the same HDFC receipt?. If i am applying again, is there a chance to getting visa?

One hdfc receipt is good for one try only. The result will be the same if circustances are the same. Documents dont guarantee visa, you need to prove ties to home country.

Thanks for your response. my parents rejection notice is 214(b) section. May i know, what this section(US Consulate officer) expecting from my parents. Please reply ASAP.

This means your parents have insufficient ties to home country and are intending immigrant to US.

Thanks for your reply. I have 3 queries.
1. Shall i re-apply again for my parents on April month?is it possible?
2. I have one elder sister and her childrens are living with my parents.
Really My parents will go to India after(4 months only they will spend time with me) visiting USA.
Other than this reason what they will expect(like Proof) to return to Home Country. and his(my father) occupation also Farmer and he is the incharge for my sister's kids.

3. Could you please let me know whether we need to proof for returing to the home country? Please Advise me.

This time you apply for your mother first to attend the visa interview. If asked why her husband is not accompaning her, she can always state that he is in his home country to look after the others as stated by you. Since husband is in home country, your mother stands a good chance of getting the visa.
Once she visits you and returns to home country before the date mentioned in I 94 date at POE, you can try your luck for your father.
