Having H4 and B1/B2 visa, travelling to US for vacation

1. Is there any stamping difference between Business(B1/B2) and Tourist visa ?

2. How it will be mentioned in Stamping ?

I have H4 and B1/B2 visa. Now I would like to travel to US for 80 days on vacation.

In my stamping, it shows Visa-R
Type/Class---B1/B2

3. Is it possible for a person having both (H4 and B1/B2) visa and he can travel on B1/B2 visa ?


and My company is planning to file H1 for me in April 2009. I will be in US when my company files H1 for me.

4. Will there be any legal issues such as a person should be in his native country when his H1 is filed ?

5. what is I-94 ?
