My in-laws have 10 year visiting visa. They stayed with us for 6 months continously in usa and left to india last week.
But due to unforseen circumstances, my mother inlaw had to come to usa next week. does she need any documentation from us to enter the country and does she need to go to us counsulate in chennai?
we didn't know that she needs to come back so soon otherwise we could have applied for visa extention.
