Urgent help on visa appointment

Hi there -

I had to reschedule my parents visa appointments two times since they had an accident back in India and wasn't able to travel (We have proof for the accident). Since i already rescheduled two times, consulate blocked their HDFC receipt for 90 days. We don't have any intention to go to the interview before that date but is there a way i can schedule the appointment now itself. Do i need to contact anyone? Please help, i cam not able to find any documents regarding this.

Contact VFS. Look up their website and read the FAQs. You can email them or call them. They can remove the block. Consulate has got nothing to do with the appointment system.
