Hello,
I have a quick question. My grand-mother visited us last year and stayed for 1 year (the extension was approved).
But she happened to overstay for one month, before we bought tickets and found someone to travel with. Now, we want to sponsor her visa again and she is 62 yrs old. Will her overstay be an issue in getting the visa this time? Please help
