Visitor visa

My parents are applying for B2 visa in May.My sister is also in USA with her husband.I am the sponsor for them and I have send the papers from here.

My question is

1.what should they write in Q.27 on the DS-156 form "what is u r purpose of visit".
Should they write visiting son/daughter or just me or generally
tourism

2.Since we both are here what are the ties they can mention about returning to India.I am in work visa and my sister I485 .
