regarding parents self sponsorship for us visitor visa -- very urgent.pls help.

Hi all,
I am planning to apply for visitor visa to my parents this month.I am on H1 and working since more than an year but right now i cudnt show enough bank balance, so i would like to make them apply as a self sponsorship as they can show more bank balance and enough properties in India. As my father does tourism related projects in India too. Can any one please help me what documents do i need to prepare from my side as i am responsible only for their boarding and lodging , i don't know how to prepare the affidavit of support for this case and letter to the consulate.

It would be really great if you could help me answering all my questions soon as possible as it is urgency.
