Visitor visa for only one parent

Hi All,i

My parents vistor visa got rejected on Feb 6th. My father is a retired govt. official and my mother is a house wife. And, my mothers all property on her name and my father does not have any property except that he'll get the pension and 1 FD in the bank thats all.

The visa officer rejected the visa as soon as he saw my father's paper. So, i am thinking to apply again only for my mother. But, i have the following doubts..

1.Do i need to wait for some time to take the appointment again?
2.Do i need o take the I-134 for my mother again?
3.What might be the questions asked if only my mother go for the interview?

Please suggest if anybody has gone through this situation..
