Dear Sir,
I am an Indian citizen with a green card holder in residing in the US. My brother is planning to visit me during summer on vacation for tourism for 10 days.
He is
-an Indian citizen
-employed by an Indian company and is currently working in Japan at a customer site
-is on COE visa, valid for 3 years, status as Engineer
-has a work permit in Japan for 1 year
-has an alien card valid until 2013
-has a multiple entry B1/B2 US visa valid for 10 years
Can he travel to Detroit for 10 days from Tokyo during the Golden Week for vacation and return to Japan for work? Please let me know if there will be any immigration issues in US or Japan? What documents does he need to take with him?
