Hi
We are in US for the past 4 months in L1 visa.We are planning to invite my mother here through visiting visa for 3 months. My mother dont have any job or bank account or property in India, she is a house wife, but my dad is a state government employee there, i also have a elder sister whos is too working in a govt concern over there, she is married.
I have my wife here in US with me shes not working. I dont receive a salary here with my company instead they give me per diem and all the other expenses like house, car, gas, insurance and everything is paid by my company and i also receive Indian salary in India. So i dont pay any tax here. I have a bank balance of 7000$ here.
Could someone please suggest what are all the documents needed from her side in her case for the visitor visa processing? What are all the documents that i can produce from my side. Is I 134 required in my case?
My mother cant show self sponsoring becoz she dont have a bank account or property over there.
