How long should an applicant wait to take his second interview; Denied 1st time

Hi,

My father's visa got denied because both of his kids are in US. This is first time appearing for visitor visa. His visa got denied few days back. Is there a time limit to schedule a new appointment? Please advice.

No, but unless his situation has changed... there is no point in reapplying right away, he will be denied again.
