Personal affidavict for visitor visa

Please clarify whether the personal affidavict has to be on any stamp paper or does it have to be attested by notary/gazetted officer.

Has to be on Rs. 20 stamp paper.
Notary is needed.

In case of not having need to notorise the affidavit,

how/where does the applicant put signtaure at the bottom?

As given in the sample "affidavit" on immihelp, it says
"deponent
sworn to before me"

Should the "sworn to before me" be deleted and put sign
under "deponent" ?

Actually, notary is needed.

When you go to court, they type this affidavit, make you sign and put some stamps. That's it.
