Adjusting expired visa status ( married to US CITIZEN )

MY wife came to US legally around may 2007 to study

i met her around july 2007 , we married sep 2008

marriage is all real & all that ...
We have several documents such as letters photos etc that our marriage is REAL and not **** ... so she didnt misuse her visa because i didnt even know her till a few months after her entry into the US

We have joint bank account together , a house together ,cell phone plan together , bills with both our names together , and other bills & stubs we got

But we got married on her expired b1-b2 visa

But we're married lol , got the marriage certificate and everything

We lost her i-94

we're using the i-102 form to apply for the i-94
(so stupid .. have to use this form to get to that form , and that form to get to that form , and that form to get to that form ... etc etc etc )


anway .... what is her current immigrant status~??

also , is she in removal proceedings~?? ( it says that on the i-102 )

we're trying to get her citizenship and at least and Arizona ID

what else do i need to know~????
