Visitor Visa Correction Chennai Consulate

Hi,
My Parents got their Visitor Visa, But there is a mistake in my Mother's visa. In the Sex Column it was entered as "M" instead of "F". Does any body had these kind of issue? Can somebody please let me the procedure of what needs to be done to get this updated. Do they need to consulate again? or can it be done via Mail.

there won't be any problem ,if you give your passport at vfs and pay Rs 320, within 2 working days you get your passport freshly stamped with visa, the old one will be mentioned as visa without projudice,don't get tensed be cool
