help needed in change of status from B2 to F1...

you can not change your status. in order to do that you would have had to notify to POE officer of your intentions to study and find a school and he would have annotated your i-94 accordingly.
the interviewing officer that granted you a visa trusted you (not a whole lot, but enough) to give you 1 entry visa, so that you would return to your country and then apply for another one... you are proving him/her and the suspicions that you wanted to stay permanently.

I agree. Like many others, you too are abusing your visa. You in particular should have returned long ago. Staying a full 6 month on a single entry visa is a no no. And if you plan to apply for F1, more so. Assumptions and requirement of proving ties are same for F1 and B2. If you fail B2, you will fail F1.
You have already failed B2, or are in the brink of doing that unless you return home asap.
