Can visitor visa (sponsored by sister) be used to visit me?

Hi,

I have a question on visitor visa. Has anybody faced this? Any suggestions?

My mother has a 10 yr visitor visa sponsored by my sister. However, my sister is no longer in the US. She has moved back to india.
Can my mother use the same visa to visit me?
If yes..What should she answer at port of entry.. for questions pertaining to "who she is going to stay with" etc. Can she tell them that the visa sponsorer is in india and she is going to stay with a diff person?

Any similar experiences?

That's OK. No documents needed to carry. Just buy tickets and insurance(www.immihelp.com/insurance) and come.
