  • I-134 for H1B

    Hi,

I recently changed status from F1 to H1B and I want to sponsor my parents visitor visa.

In Question 1 on Form I-134, that has to do with my present status, I dont fit into any of the categories:

    The question is:
If you are not a native born Unites States citizen, answer the following as appropriate:
a] If a United States citizen through naturalization, give certificate of naturalization number.
b] If a United States citizen through parent(s) or marriage, give citizenship certificate number.
c] If a United States citizensship was derived by some other method, attach a statement of explanation.
d] If lawfully admitted permanent resident of the United States , give 'A' number.

None of these apply to H1B so, where should I write H1B on the form ?

    Thanks in advance.

Find some little space under d) and write "Temporary Worker - H1B"
