Can we use the old employment letter?

Hi,

Can anyone let me know if my husband can use his old employment letter, to sponsor visa for my parents.

He is on H1 & I'm on H4 visa.

Or do he need to get a latest employment letter from the company.

He's working for the same company & the employment he currently has is an year old.

Will this really matter!!!!!

Yes, you need a new one, tht one is way too old. Just get a new one.
