form I-134

Hi,
I have to take back to back printout of form I-134 ?????? Actually i have send single side prints.
my mother has an appointment on may 13th should i send another form or will it be OK .
Please advise me.

Neither do I....where is it mentioned....has anyone experienced problems with I-134 not being back to back..
I have downloaded the form from the US embassy website....and it doesn't say anywhere...

Sorry, my mistake. I was thinking about DS-156.

For I-134, it is not mandatory to print back to back, but it highly advisable. You never know how the consulate officer would react. You should not take chances. You don't want their visa to get delayed just because of such minor things.
