I-797 is yet to come

I have a valid visa stamping and valid I-797 till Sep 2005. My new employer has applied for transfar of my H1B visa on Dec 15th. I-797 is yet to come. I have joined my new company 3 months ago. . I have my new H1B receipt number .what can i do .i have my pay stubs and employment letter from my current employer but i have my i-797 is with my old employer.i have already sent the documentation like this.Is it OK.

What should I do.
