Visitor's Visa

hello,
I am working on TN visa in USA.My parents have 10 years tourist visa (B2) expiring in Nov 2009. They are planning to visit me in sept 2009. As their Visa is expiring in Nov 2009, is there any way they can extend their stay in USA beyond Nov 2009 (after Visa Expiry date). I mean can they apply for visa extention while in USA . Or Do they have to get their Visas extended beyond Nov 2009 in their home country before arriving in USA.

Your parents can enter USA even on the last day of the expiry of their visitor visa. Their stay depends on the date given in the I 94 form at POE.
The best thing to do is to leave USA, 15 days earlier than the date mentioned in I 94.
Once, they go back to their home country, they can apply for a new visitor visa. The process of applying for the new visitor visa will be the same as they did in the first time.
